Birthday Month Eats 1 November 2010































Birthday Eve Dinner 2010....Jay loves that duck...You can hardly see the fish under this sauce but it's there. The meat is Chilean Sea Bass with mustard cream sauce. The broccoli, cauliflower, haricot vert and veggie souffle remind us of a food playground. We love Gemmell's, just love it.

Did you know that "Chilean Sea Bass" is a marketing-related name given a fish which is neither Chilean nor a sea bass?
